So you want to make your own feminized seeds? Good choice. I did the work so all you have to do is spray your plants and get to crossing your favorites. One bottle of this solution should be enough to successfully reverse a plant, and extra sprays for transitioning hyper-resilient specimens. I made it extra potent so you may be able to spray less frequently than what I recommend below - experiment and see what works for you!

Why does it work? STS is a blocker for the plant hormone ethylene. High levels of this hormone drive the plant to express female characteristics, which you do not want for reversing. Block the ethylene, you will get more male charteristics like pollen sacs.

Storage - store in a cold, dark area like your refrigerator to extend STS efficacy

WARNING - Wear PPE like goggles, gloves, sleeves, and a breather mask. STS can cause silver poisoning. Wear all of your PPE when spraying the plant, and at least gloves when handling it dry at any time after its first spray. DO NOT touch the plant with bare hands as your skin will absorb the silver residue!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Veg your designated reversal plant to 1/3 or 1/2 of the intended final size.
2. Pour all or a portion of ECC's STS concentrate into an equal volume of distilled water. Must be distilled! (you can experiment with alternate ratios but this works guaranteed for me). Pour the mixture into a designated spray bottle.
3. Prepare a spray booth or intend to spray in a well ventilated area without breeze, ideally where you can easily clean surfaces or throw away protective coverings. (ex. bathtub or garage area with newspapers as a drop cloth).
4. 7 days before flipping it to bloom, spray all parts of the plant with your STS solution (near dripping). Allow it to dry in the area where you sprayed it for 4 hours or until all beads of moisture have evaporated.
5. After it dries, you can return the plant to where it was vegging. DO NOT return it to the same grow area as other, unafflicted plants.
6. 3 to 4 days later, repeat steps 2-4.
7. On day 7 since the first spray, repeat steps 2-4 again, but this time set the reversal plant's lights to 12/12.
8. 3 to 4 days later, repeat the spraying process.
9. When you see pollen sacs forming, you will know that you have successfully reversed your choice female. Repeat the process until about day 15 of bloom.
10. You may continue spraying the plant every few days if it is resisting the transition. Keep in mind that water will sterilize pollen and you may have to wait a day(s) for it to produce a fresh, sufficient amount for a pollen dump.
11. When you are confident that plant will continue to produce pollen sacs on its own, stop spraying and introduce the reversal plant into the same grow area as the intended seed plants. Shake, batter, and beat the pollen out every day until all normal females show amber stigmas, which is an indicator that the corresponding bracts are impregnated.
12. When you are satisfied that you have pollinated enough, throw the enitre reversal plant away and let the seed plants continue to develop their seeds.
13. DO NOT save any plant parts from this run for processing or extraction, as they are now considered contaminated with high levels of silver and can be unsafe for human consumption.
14. When your seed plants are finished developing seeds, as an extra step of precaution, wear gloves when shucking your seeds from the dried plant.
