Warranty Policy

I will replace a pack of seeds when specific conditions are met, which are limited to:

• More than 50% of one pack of seeds did not germinate after 7 days. Germination method must be one where a seed and taproot would be clearly visible. Freebies do not count.
• More than 50% of one pack of seeds shows intersex traits before 28 days of bloom. Freebies do not count.
• You documented, with pictures, the development of the seed/plant before and up to the issue.
• You are able to provide your order number for the purchase of the seed pack in question.

Warranty is only good for ONE CLAIM PER PACK. I will cover shipping and it will be handled at my convenience, in a timely fashion.

Also note that any merchandise purchase, such as shirts and accessories, found via the "Merch Store" link are handled with Spreadshirt. They are the company that processes, prints, and ships your order. You will find their contact info if you visit the merchandise section of my website.

FOR ALL NON-EAST COAST CULTIVARS PURCHASES;
If you suspect there is an issue with any product that is sourced from another vendor besides East Coast Cultivars, you will have to contact the respective vendor for their warranty/return policy. East Coast Cultivars will not assume any liability for its affiliates.
